The school district is Parkway North: Craig Elementary, Parkway Northeast Middle School, and Parkway North High School.

We charge a non-refundable $50 application fee and a non-refundable $250 administrative fee when you apply at Aventura at Maryland Oaks.

The rates listed on our website are the base rent of an apartment per month. Additional fees would be separate, which are utilities, pet rent if applicable, or garage/carport rent.

Our apartments are all electric, no gas. Electric would be paid for through Ameren and Water/sewer and trash is paid to Utility Billing Services. Trash is a flat fee of $25 and includes Valet Trash Services. Water and sewer are metered and based on usage.

Our community was installed with fiber optics when originally built in 2018. Therefore, we only use AT&T. Once you apply, you will receive information on who you can contact to set up your account services with AT&T.
