- Guarantors cannot be used to overcome a negative criminal history
- 72-hour window to complete the approval process from the time of initial application
- Includes submitting all required documents and additional applications
- Applications may be withdrawn within 72 hours
- Application and administrative fees remain non-refundable
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment (up to 60 lbs total)
- Dogs over 30 lbs allowed on 1st floor only

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on property
- Small electric grills are allowed on patios and balconies. Gas grills and smokers are not permitted.
